It’s hard not to be drawn to a magical, mystical, gloriously celestial full moon in the night sky. Whether it’s the luminescence that pulls you, a spiritual connection, or unsettled feelings and heightened emotions that a full moon can spark, the lunar energy is hard to ignore.
We practice gentle Slow Flow Yoga for the Full Moon at our Sunshine Coast yoga studio, to harness the softer lunar energy (solar energy is more invigorating) and to help us wind down for the evening and reset ahead of the new moon phase.
