Spring Yoga Series in Pelican Waters, Caloundra
​This September, we’re celebrating spring with a gentle four‑week yoga series designed for beginners and all levels. Each week our Stretch & Flex class (Fridays & Saturdays) focuses on a different area of the body – first, lower body (hips, legs, feet), then core, side body and back, the third week will focus on upper body (shoulders, arms, chest), then full‑body integration and movement – helping you stretch, strengthen and reset after winter.
Join for one class or enjoy the full series for a complete body reboot. It’s the perfect way to refresh your routine and welcome the season with yoga in Pelican Waters, Caloundra.

Stretch & Flex
A morning wake-up class that focuses on gentle stretching, strengthening and flexibility, with the incorporation of breath work, and a little slow flow between poses. A perfect introduction to yoga for beginners, and equally stimulating for experienced students who wish to deepen their practice.
For individuals who are aged 18 or over.
Friday: 7am-8am
Saturday: 8am-9am
$22 casual class, or
$18 as part of 5-class or 12-class pass

Bliss - Full Flow
A morning yoga class that incorporates gentle vinyasa flow between poses, building strength and balance of body and mind, and incorporating calming breath work. A class best suited to students who have a little yoga experience, however the slow pace cultivates a supportive practice.
For individuals who are aged 18 or over.
Sunday: 8am-9am
$22 casual class, or
$18 as part of 5-class or
12-class pass

Sunday Slow & Easy
A slow and gentle yin-style yoga class where we stay in poses for several minutes to stretch tired muscles, restore energy, and relieve residual tension ready for the week ahead. With soothing tunes and props to support each student, this class is suitable for all levels of fitness and yoga experience.
For individuals who are aged 18 or over.
