What should I wear?​

Wear comfortable clothing that is suitable to light exercise.

What do I need to bring?

We provide mats, but you are welcome to bring your own. We also suggest you bring some water, and a small hand towel.

Can men come to yoga?

Our classes are open to men and women, aged 18+.

Can children come to yoga?

Sorry, but our classes do not accomodate children. Students of Sunsara Yoga must be aged 18+.

Are Sunsara yoga teachers qualified?​

All classes are taken by Sunsara Yoga owner Rachel, who is a Level 1 Certified Instructor and a member of Yoga Australia.

Are classes suitable for pre-natal or post-natal students?

Sorry, we don’t cater to pre- or post-natal students. However, we can point you in the direction of suitable classes.

Can I just turn up to a class?

All students must register to attend a class and book online via the Bookings page. Walk-ins cannot be accommodated. If you have any difficulty making an online booking, please reach out via email: rachel@sunsarayoga.com.au.

Are classes suitable for beginners?

All classes at Sunsara Yogas are general entry, catering to all levels of experience and abilities. Variations for each pose will be provided throughout the class enabling individuals to follow the class at their own pace and ability under the careful supervision and instruction of the instructor.

Are classes suitable for students with an illness or injury?

How big are the classes?

Sunsara Yoga is a boutique studio that accommodates 6-8 students per class.
