At Sunsara Yoga in Pelican Waters, many of our classes are held in open air, overlooking calm waterways, where the pace naturally slows and awareness gently widens.
Rather than separating practice from daily life, outdoor yoga allows nature to become part of it – supporting presence, balance, and a deeper sense of wellbeing.

Yoga by the Water at Sunsara Yoga
Sunsara Yoga offers outdoor yoga classes on the Sunshine Coast from its stunning Pelican Waters location. A spacious balcony and a large deck underneath an ambient Balinese hut with festoon lighting offer ample shade and overlook peaceful canals. Classes are designed for those seeking a relaxed, grounded practice close to nature. Our waterside yoga classes for beginners and advanced practitioners alike, are purposefully small in size to allow for meaningful tuition and guidance.
Current offerings include:
Saturday Stretch & Flex (8-9am) A gentle blend of stretching and strengthening to ease into the weekend, offered from our spacious balcony
Full Moon Lunar Let-Go Monthly outdoor classes held on the deck of our Balinese hut, aligned with lunar energy(Upcoming: Mon Feb 2 & Tue Mar 3, 5.45-6.45pm)
For students who prefer an indoor yoga class option, Sunday Slow & Easy is a yin-style class held twice monthly in the studio. Classes are held on the 2nd and last Sunday of each month. (Upcoming: Sun 11 & Sun 25 Jan 4.30-5.30pm)
